Security Deposit
Bayview Apartments has a security deposit. This is a refundable deposit. Please note, this deposit varies – starting from $800 – $1000 – depending on rent amount. Also, the security deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
Pets
Four-legged friends are welcome at Bayview Apartments!
Bayview Apartments has a maximum of $300 pet deposit. This is a refundable deposit.
Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).
There is an additional $50 per month charge/per pet.
We’re sorry, we do have a weight restriction on dogs and some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager for more information.
